SafeWork NSW Webinar - Working at Heights Regulations for the Solar Industry
The Smart Energy Council is hosting a webinar on 15 September 2021 "SafeWork NSW - Working at Heights Regulations for the Solar Industry"

SafeWork NSW has published a new “Guide to Safe Solar Panel Installation”, which makes clear the hierarchy of control, effectively mandating the use of Fall Prevention Devices such as scaffold, temporary edge protection or elevating work platforms on most sites, unless it can be shown to be unsafe, or not “Reasonably Practicable”.

This webinar will explore what is “Reasonably Practicable” to meet a Work Health and Safety duty of care requirements.
